Key Responsibilities

Execute international brand promotion strategies to enhance global visibility.

Support development and implementation of annual marketing plans for overseas markets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Plan and manage international marketing activities, including academic events, online/offline campaigns, and social media engagement.

Contribute to lead generation, screening, and conversion processes in collaboration with the sales team.

Manage digital marketing channels such as EDM, LinkedIn, or YouTube, with proficiency in at least one.

Track performance of marketing campaigns, optimize channel strategies, and analyze ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals align with business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business English, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.

1–3 years of international marketing experience; prior work in the biopharma or life sciences industry preferred.

Familiarity with global digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and project management skills.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.

Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
