Health Reports
Quarterly reports from Cyagen’s SPF facilities provide transparent, traceable health profiles for our rodent colonies—ensuring your research starts with trusted, pathogen-free animals.
Introduction
Maintaining the health of laboratory animals is essential to the accuracy, reproducibility, and regulatory acceptance of preclinical research. Cyagen’s health monitoring system exceeds national and international standards—such as AAALAC and ISO 9001:2015—by integrating third-party validated sentinel testing, rigorous internal QC procedures, and transparent documentation.
Our health reporting system enables you to:
  • Minimize variability by working with pathogen-free animals
  • Submit reliable data for IND filings and GLP audits
  • Access regularly updated reports validated by third-party labs
  • Ensure full traceability across every shipment and facility
Our Health Monitoring Program
Quarterly Sentinel Testing
  • Each IVC rack is monitored using sentinel animals
  • Bedding transfer or direct-contact exposure methods
  • Screened for 50+ viral, bacterial, and parasitic pathogens
  • Testing conducted by certified labs including IDEXX, Charles River, and VRL-Asia
Internal & External Testing
  • Internal health assessments are performed before every animal shipment
  • External testing is conducted quarterly and upon request
  • Mouse reports cover 57+ pathogens; Rat reports cover 49+ pathogens
Validated & Consistent Results
  • All test methods are cross-validated with multiple labs
  • Results are formatted for IND submissions and peer-reviewed publications
  • Reports meet both Chinese regulatory requirements and international quality standards

Global Antibody Drug Industry Development BlueBook (Frost & Sullivan)
Key Insights
The industry is undergoing a rapid transformation driven by next-generation modalities, globalized markets, and upstream technological innovations.
  • Market Structural Shift: Monoclonal antibodies drive steady growth, but ADCs and bispecifics are rapidly accelerating, reshaping the market with higher-value innovations.
  • Chinese Market Globalization: China is actively expanding globally, evidenced by a surge in high-value cross-border license-out deals.
  • Technology-Driven Efficiency: Advanced discovery engines—exemplified by Cyagen's HUGO-Ab platform and AI algorithms—are streamlining candidate screening, optimizing molecular design, and localizing the upstream supply chain.
  • Oncology-Focused Innovation: R&D pipelines remain heavily concentrated on high-incidence malignancies like non-small cell lung cancer, utilizing complex modalities to combat clinical resistance.
