Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Cyagen’s technical services and products in the Japanese market, achieving set revenue goals.

Develop and refine sales strategies to grow market share and customer base.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients; respond to their needs with proactive and solution-oriented support.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Support the launch of new products and deliver training to customers as needed.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree or higher in biotechnology, molecular biology, or a related field (PhD preferred).

3+ years of relevant sales or BD experience in the life sciences industry.

Based in Japan or willing to relocate.

Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written), with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into customer value.
