Detailed Document
Overview of Gene Research
Accsl is one of the hub genes closely related to the occurrence and development of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) [1]. Through gene-expression and network perturbation analysis of DLBCL patients at different clinical stages, Accsl was identified among key driver genes. The study of its role in DLBCL may help understand the disease progression mechanism.
In this research, gene-expression data of DLBCL patients were analyzed. Weighted gene correlation network analysis and differential module analysis were performed. The thistle1 module was found to be highly related to the clinical stage of DLBCL, and genes in this module were mainly related to the NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, neutrophil activation, etc. Accsl was one of the genes playing a key role in the process [1].
In conclusion, Accsl is a hub gene associated with DLBCL. Its study based on gene-expression analysis helps to understand the molecular mechanism of DLBCL progression, which may provide a basis for the development of new treatment strategies for advanced-stage DLBCL.
