Terms & Conditions
- Both you and your friend will be enrolled in the Referral program only when filling in the Request Forms as required to receive the Gift Cards; you both will not be rewarded otherwise.
- Amazon gift cards can only be awarded when you or your friend successfully place an order on Cyagen’s Catalog Models through this program during the promotion period.
- Refer a friend gift card award amounts are determined as follows: If your friend's 1st order is ≤ $9,999, you will both receive a $150 Amazon gift card, $300 card for orders between $9,999-$24,999, and $450 for > $24,999.
- Self-referral gift card award amounts are determined as follows: If you successfully place an order within two weeks and your 1st order is ≤ $9,999, you will receive a $150 Amazon gift card, $300 card for order $9,999-$24,999, and $450 for > $24,999.
- There is no limit to the number of Amazon gift cards you can receive; the more friends you refer who place an order, the more Amazon gift cards you will receive upon payment for the order.
- The Amazon gift card will be sent to you and your friend via email within 30 business days after the bill is paid for you or your friend's order.
