Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Sales Strategy:
Drive sales of Cyagen’s technical services and model-based products in South Korea. Develop and refine sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. -
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and ongoing account support. -
Market Intelligence & Brand Promotion:
Monitor market trends and competitor activity; contribute to marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts to strengthen Cyagen’s market position. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and sales operations. -
Project Execution & Product Enablement:
Support the launch of new products and deliver training to ensure proper client adoption and application of Cyagen's offerings.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree or above in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline; Ph.D. preferred.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable business development or sales role within the life sciences industry.

Based in Korea or willing to relocate long-term.

Proficient in Korean with full fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and translate them into customer value.
