Technical Support Specialist
APAC Region

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our APAC team, focusing on CRO services and acting as a key bridge between clients and internal teams.

Position: Technical Support Specialist (Focus on CRO Business)
Department: APAC Business Unit – Technical Support Department
Reporting To: BD Solution Manager
Location: APAC Region

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical liaison between domestic and international teams, communicating fluently in English with overseas clients as well as in-house R&D and production teams to ensure accurate information flow and efficient project progress.

  • Support the CRO business team in closing deals by accurately conveying frontline market demands to the platform, driving continuous platform improvement and optimization.

  • Stay updated on the latest scientific research and technological advancements; conduct market research and analysis to enhance service quality and maintain industry competitiveness.

  • Empower the team by sharing knowledge and elevating overall technical capabilities and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Cell Biology, Basic Medicine, or related fields; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.

  • Overseas study experience is a plus.

  • Practical experience with mouse-related experiments, cell editing, or in vitro pharmacodynamics testing is preferred.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of independent communication as a working language.

  • Strong logical thinking and project management skills.

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and management abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to flexible working hours, and travel as needed.
