Joseph Wekselblatt, Ph.D.
Director of Business Development

Joseph Wekselblatt is an experienced scientist who has studied visual capabilities in various species for over a decade. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from Brown University and a PhD in Neurobiology from the University of Oregon. After completing his PhD, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Caltech until 2023, when he joined Cyagen as a Senior Scientific Business Development Manager.

Jenny Shan, MD, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Advisor for Antibody Discovery

Dr. Jenny Shan (MD, PhD) brings decades of R&D experience from industry leaders like Regeneron, Moderna, J&J, EQRx, Apogee, and Curie.Bio.

Her expertise spans diverse modalities—antibodies, small molecules, ADCs, CAR-T, mRNA, siRNA, peptides, oligonucleotides, AAV, and gene editing—across oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, neuroscience, and ophthalmology.

As a strategic pipeline architect, Dr. Shan has advanced multiple programs from discovery to clinical development. She supported the IND and regulatory approvals for numerous biologics, contributing to blockbuster drugs such as Eylea, Dupixent, Carvykti, and Rybrevant.

Ivan Gladwyn-Ng, Ph.D.
Senior Business Development Scientist

Ivan is an accomplished scientific leader with extensive experience at the intersection of biomedical research and commercial innovation. He holds a PhD from Monash University's Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute, following a First-Class Honours degree in Medical Bioscience.

With a career spanning Europe and Asia, Ivan has led international teams, developed new business territories, and built partnerships with CRO and pharmaceutical organisations. His combination of scientific expertise and commercial strategy will support Cyagen's continued expansion and success across global markets.
