Matthew joined Cyagen as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy bringing extensive experience in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams in the advanced therapies sector.

Matthew holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Imperial College London and was a Group Leader at the Max-Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research. Matthew's passion lies at the intersection of science and business, enabling innovative life science companies to accelerate growth, attract investment, and deliver transformative therapies to patients.

Maroun brings more than a decade of experience in business development, sales leadership, and strategic growth in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries. He holds a PhD in Oncology and Virology from the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and an Advanced Master’s in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Management from Grenoble School of Management. Combining scientific depth with strong commercial expertise, Maroun will play a key role in accelerating Cyagen’s growth and strengthening our position across the European market.

Ivan is an accomplished scientific leader with extensive experience at the intersection of biomedical research and commercial innovation. He holds a PhD from Monash University's Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute, following a First-Class Honours degree in Medical Bioscience.

With a career spanning Europe and Asia, Ivan has led international teams, developed new business territories, and built partnerships with CRO and pharmaceutical organisations. His combination of scientific expertise and commercial strategy will support Cyagen's continued expansion and success across global markets.
