Joseph Wekselblatt, Ph.D.

Director of Business Development

Joseph Wekselblatt is an experienced scientist who has studied visual capabilities in various species for over a decade. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from Brown University and a PhD in Neurobiology from the University of Oregon. After completing his PhD, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Caltech until 2023, when he joined Cyagen as a Senior Scientific Business Development Manager.

Jonathan Clarke, MBA

Director of Marketing

onathan brings almost 20 years of global experience in marketing genomic technologies, digital science platforms, and precision medicine solutions. Prior to joining Cyagen, he held leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Miltenyi Biotec, where he led high‑impact product launches, built integrated demand‑generation programs, and partnered with commercial teams worldwide to accelerate adoption of advanced life science tools. Jonathan earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and his BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.

Siddarth Arza, Ph.D.

Business Development Manager

Siddarth Arza earned his doctorate from the University of Houston, Texas, where he investigated the roles of progesterone receptor isoforms in cervical cancer using mouse models and cell lines he developed. In addition to his research, he played a key role in the university’s histology core, partnering with researchers to optimize tissue sectioning and refine H&E and IHC protocols to achieve high-quality, reproducible results.

Before joining Cyagen, Siddarth was as a Field Application Scientist at Sino Biological, serving as the primary technical sales representative to a broad customer base across the southwestern and central United States and Canada.
