Your Partner in Academic Discovery
Cyagen is dedicated to helping academic researchers overcome preclinical bottlenecks by delivering end-to-end model generation and CRO services for drug discovery and translational research. We provide high-quality models and reliable tools, scalable platforms, and expert scientific support to help accelerate translation and advance biomedical research—because at our core, we help you discover life.
Ready-to-use rodent models: Access a broad portfolio of validated mouse strains over 18,000+ —including knockout, knockin, conditional, and humanized models—spanning multiple research areas to accelerate discovery timelines.
Next-generation human ortholog models (HUGO-GT™): Leverage our proprietary Humanized Genomic Ortholog for Gene Therapy platform to study human-specific biology and disease mechanisms in vivo, supporting more translatable target and modality evaluation and helping reduce program risk.
Custom Cell Line Model Generation: Generate custom knockout/knockin/precision-edited cell lines and provide iPSC services to support mechanistic studies, screening, and downstream validation.
Viral vector packaging: Produce research-grade viral vectors—including AAV, lentivirus, and adenovirus—with a streamlined workflow to support gene delivery, functional studies, and translational research.
CRO services for preclinical studies: Integrate model selection and in vivo study execution through Cyagen’s CRO capabilities, helping move from target validation to in vivo proof-of-concept more efficiently
AI-assisted design & development workflows: Apply AI-supported workflows across model and study design to improve experimental consistency and accelerate decision-making.
