All CRISPR and ES cell-mediated gene editing services for murine models come with free cryostorage for a period of three (3) years, projects will be cryopreserved as either mouse sperm or rat embryos. Due to technical challenges of rat production via current sperm cryopreservation procedures, we recommend rat models be cryopreserved as embryos (we cannot guarantee cryopreserved rat sperm viability).
Additionally, all CRISPR-based mouse and rat models will come with free off-target analysis ($595 value) to test up to 5 high risk sites for off-target editing effects.
