Strain Description

The hCRBN/hutau-P301S mouse is a dual-gene humanized model obtained by crossing the hCRBN mouse (Catalog No.: C001683) with the hutau-P301S mouse (Catalog No.: C001836). The hCRBN/hutau-P301S mouse is a dual-target humanized model that integrates targeted protein degradation (TPD) technology with research on tau-related neurodegenerative diseases. It can be used to evaluate CRBN-based targeted protein degradation (TPD) therapeutics, including molecular glues and proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), for the treatment of tauopathies. This model serves as an ideal preclinical research platform for developing innovative therapies for frontotemporal dementia (FTD), Alzheimer's disease (AD), and other tau-related neurodegenerative diseases.

Strain Strategy

The hCRBN/hutau-P301S mouse is a dual-gene humanized model obtained by crossing the hCRBN mouse (Catalog No.: C001683) with the hutau-P301S mouse (Catalog No.: C001836).
