Alcian Blue 8GX Staining Solultion

Alicia blue is a cationic dye, which is the most specific dye for acidic mucus substances. The dye and the acid group can form a salt bond. Using the different pH of the dye and the different electrolyte concentration, the types of acidic mucus substances can be distinguished.

OriCell^TM Alicia Blue Staining Solution can react with acidic mucopolysaccharides to give a blue color in the chondrogenesis experiment.

• This reagent needs to be stored at 2~8℃, and the shelf life is 1 year.
