Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are a type of pluripotent stem cells that exist in bone marrow stroma. Because of its strong value-added ability and immune regulation function, it is widely used in the fields of tissue engineering, cell therapy and gene therapy.

OriCellTM SD Rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are extracted from healthy SD Rats bone marrow and have strong proliferation and multi-directional differentiation capabilities. After adherent culture, use lentiviral transduction with RFP gene to make the cells stably express RFP. It can be used as a cell model to study proliferation, aging, immunity, differentiation and transplantation.
